Two kinds of video on Candy AI
Candy AI is mainly a platform for AI companions you chat with, and video lives in two separate corners of it. One corner is for watching, the other for making.
| Candy Shorts | Create video studio | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A storyline, recurring characters and numbered installments | A tool that generates a clip from options you pick |
| Your role | Viewer | Director |
| Same for everyone? | Yes, every viewer sees the same episodes | No, each clip is your own |
| Length | About a minute per episode, usually five per series | Varies by clip |
| Where it shows up | The Shorts section and series pages | Your own generations |
A quick way to tell them apart: if a clip is part of a titled series and carries an episode number, it is a Short. If somebody made it for a character of their own, it came from the studio. The teasers you see on social media are Shorts. Everything in both features is produced by AI, so no real person was ever filmed.
Candy Shorts: the series you watch
Candy AI keeps its finished stories in Candy Shorts, a section you will also see written as CandyShorts or Candy AI Shorts. Every title comes with poster art, a cast of AI-generated adult characters and a brief set of episodes. Episodes are vertical 9:16 videos of roughly sixty seconds, framed for a phone in portrait mode, and most series have five of them. Longer ones exist too: Mona’s Worst Enemy has 15 episodes, and YES MA’AM on Candy AI has 30.
The catalogue is large. Candy AI offers more than 120 series, and its Shorts page shows over 180 cards. This site covers 31 of them, six tagged SPICY, and our series guides give each one a synopsis, an episode count and what it costs. Candy AI sorts titles with tags such as Maid, Teacher, Fantasy, Stepmom, Stepsister, Wife, MILF and Taboo, flags hotter titles as SPICY and gathers recent releases under a New tab.
Some series star digital twins: licensed AI likenesses of real adult creators. Six creators have series so far, namely Riley Reid with 7, Mia Malkova with 4, Lexi Luna and Bonnie Blue with 3 each, Asa Akira and Sophie Dee with 2 each. The creator never appears in person; the twin is always the AI version. For how long a whole series takes and where it plays in full, see the full episodes guide.
The Create video studio: clips you make
The second video feature is a studio, which carried a New label in the side menu during our visit. You pick a character and a partner, choose an action and a setting, then press Generate. The finished clip appears among your own generations rather than anywhere public.
It is an adult creation tool and has no connection to the Candy Shorts catalogue. Your plan sets which options you get and how many clips you can produce, and the studio displays your current allowance. We do not describe these clips, and this site hosts no video of any kind.
Is there a Candy AI app?
Officially, Candy AI presents itself as an app, and the browser tab even says “AI Girlfriend App”. Technically it is a web app. Under the hood the site includes the manifest file that browsers look for in installable web apps, and it can launch in a window without browser bars. Saved to a home screen, it starts in full-screen mode behind an icon of its own, much like something from a store.
Nowhere on candy.ai did we spot a link to an Apple or Google store page, and Candy AI offers no official file to download. That also settles the question of a Candy Shorts app: none exists, because Candy Shorts is simply a section of Candy AI, reached with the same account.
Putting Candy AI on your home screen
- iPhone or iPad: in Safari, load candy.ai, press the Share icon (the square with an arrow), then scroll to Add to Home Screen.
- Android: in Chrome, load candy.ai, tap the three-dot menu, then select Install app; on some phones the entry reads Add to Home screen.
- Computer: nothing to install. Any current browser works, and a bookmark is enough.
Save the shortcut only from the genuine domain. If a social media post brought you to a page that looks like Candy AI, close it, type candy.ai by hand and pin that instead. A pinned copycat site would greet you every time you tap the icon.
Watching Candy Shorts on your phone
- Open candy.ai in your mobile browser or tap your home-screen icon.
- Confirm you are 18 or older.
- Open the Shorts tab and pick a title, or start from one of our guides.
- Play episode 1, which needs no account on standard series.
- Sign up for free to keep going with episode 2.
- Turn on subtitles if you like. Most series we checked offer six or seven languages, and a speed setting is built into the player.
Hold the phone upright and each episode fills the display the way a clip in a social feed does.
Phone, tablet or computer
The episodes are shot for a vertical screen, so a phone is the natural fit. On a laptop or desktop the video plays in a tall, narrow frame centered on the page, with the episode list next to it. Your login, unlocked episodes and tokens are the same on every device, so you can begin on a phone during the commute and finish on a computer at home.
All you need is an internet connection, a current browser and a Candy AI account. No installation is involved, and Shorts uses the very same login.
APK, mod and “unlocked” files
Plenty of visitors go looking for an app, so pages offering one keep popping up: a Candy AI APK, a Candy Shorts mod, a “premium unlocked” build or a token generator. Because the genuine route never puts a file on your device, all of these come from third parties. Packages installed from outside a store skip its security review, and anything that claims to give away paid episodes is realistically malware or a password grab.
If you already installed one, remove it, run a security scan, then set a new Candy AI password and update any other account that shared it. Our leaks guide has a full checklist for bad clicks.
What the videos cost
Making an account is free. In October 2026, standard Candy Shorts series let us play episode 1 without an account and episode 2 with a free one. From episode 3, standard series cost 12 tokens per episode and Candy Creators series with a digital twin cost 30. SPICY series require Premium for every episode: members pay no tokens for the first two, then 50 tokens each.
A year of Premium is billed as $47.88, which equals $3.99 a month; three months are $26.97, or $8.99 a month; one month is $13.99. All three come with 100 tokens a month. Charges show up as EverAI, the plan renews automatically, and you can cancel any time in account settings. Studio limits also follow your plan. Prices can change, so check inside Candy AI before buying. Our free episodes guide sets out what you get without paying.
Where Candy Shorts fits inside Candy AI
Candy AI is built around companions you can text, hear and see. Candy Shorts is the part where you sit back and follow a plot rather than steer a chat. The two meet through the creators: each of the six twins above stars in Candy Shorts, and 10 more creators have twins you can chat with but no series yet.
Next to other short-drama apps, Candy Shorts stands out on several points. Nothing is filmed, since AI generates every scene. The audience is adults only. It lives inside a service whose main business is chat, voice and pictures. And several series feature licensed likenesses of real creators. If you want to know how explicit it gets, our is it porn guide covers that.
Watch or make: which one is for you
- To watch: pick any series, for example Private Lessons with Mia Malkova’s twin or the standard series The King’s Chambermaid, and press play on episode 1.
- To make: open the video studio and work within your plan’s limits.
A single account handles watching and making, on any device.
Candy AI videos and app: common questions
What are Candy AI videos?
There are two kinds: Candy Shorts series that you watch, and clips you generate yourself in the Create video studio. AI produces both.
What are Candy Shorts videos?
One-minute portrait episodes collected into story-driven series, each with its own characters, streaming from the Shorts area of Candy AI.
Does Candy Shorts have its own app?
Not a standalone one. Shorts is a tab inside Candy AI, opened from the same web app or browser.
Is there a Candy AI app?
Yes, in the form of a web app. Pin it to your home screen and it launches full screen, though candy.ai links to no listing in Apple’s or Google’s store.
Is there a Candy AI app download?
No file is involved. Visit candy.ai and pin it from the browser. APKs and mods offered by other sites do not come from Candy AI.
How do I put Candy AI on my iPhone or Android home screen?
iPhone: Safari, then the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen. Android: Chrome, then the three-dot menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
Do Candy AI videos cost anything?
Partly. Episode 1 of a standard series needs no account and episode 2 needs a free one. Later episodes cost tokens, and the studio’s limits depend on your plan.
Can I watch Candy Shorts on a laptop or computer?
Yes. Any desktop browser works. The player stays vertical, and your account and episodes match what you see on a phone.
Do real people appear in Candy AI videos?
No. Every character is AI-generated and fictional. Twin series use licensed AI likenesses of real creators, never the creators in person.
Is the video studio part of Candy Shorts?
No. Candy Shorts is the published catalogue of finished series, while the studio is where you generate clips of your own.
Does watching require any installation?
No. A browser plus a Candy AI account will do, whether on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
Is a Candy AI APK or mod safe?
No. None of them come from Candy AI, they bypass app-store checks, and many carry malware or steal logins.
